Shipping policy

Two collections, two shipping models.

ARTISAN COLLECTION — FLORIDA ONLY
Our Artisan Collection is roasted by hand in small batches in our Palm Beach County kitchen. Under Florida's Cottage Food Law (Florida Statute 500.80), home-roasted food products may only be sold directly to consumers within the state of Florida. Artisan drops ship to Florida addresses only.

Every bag is labeled: "Made in a cottage food operation that is not subject to Florida's food safety regulations."

Artisan shipping timeline:
- Orders ship within 48 hours of roast date
- Delivery within Florida: typically 2–5 business days via USPS or UPS
- You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships

Artisan drop windows open and close within a single day. Orders are fulfilled in the order received. We do not hold orders or accept late requests once a drop closes.

EVERYDAY COLLECTION — SHIPS NATIONWIDE
Our Everyday Collection (Single Origin, Blends, Sample Packs, Tea) is fulfilled by a licensed commercial roaster through our fulfillment partner. These coffees ship to all 50 U.S. states.

Everyday shipping timeline:
- Orders processed and shipped within 1–3 business days
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days depending on location
- Expedited options may be available at checkout
- Tracking number provided by email once shipped

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We do not mark up shipping.

P.O. BOXES
We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. If fulfilled by UPS or FedEx, a physical address is required.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not currently ship outside the United States.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once a package is in the carrier's hands, delivery timing is outside our control. Contact us at hello@good-dog-roasters.com and we will work with the carrier on your behalf.
