Good Dog Roasters is a small-batch artisan coffee company based in Palm Beach County, Florida. Our website is good-dog-roasters.com and our store is good-dog-roasters.myshopify.com.

PRODUCTS AND PRICING
We sell two types of products:
- Artisan Collection — hand-roasted by us in Palm Beach County, FL. Limited availability, released as timed drops. Ships to Florida addresses only per state law.
- Everyday Collection — curated coffees, teas, and merchandise fulfilled by licensed third-party partners. Ships nationwide.

All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

ARTISAN DROPS — LIMITED AVAILABILITY
- The drop closes at the stated time and will not reopen
- Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis
- If an order cannot be fulfilled due to sellout, you will receive a full refund
- Artisan products ship to Florida addresses only

GOOD DOG STORY SUBMISSIONS
By submitting a story and/or photo, you grant Good Dog Roasters a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your story, name, and image for marketing purposes. We will contact you before using your submission in any published material. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@good-dog-roasters.com.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All sales are final except in cases of damage, defect, or fulfillment error. See our full Refund Policy for details.

SHIPPING
Artisan drops ship to Florida only. Everyday Collection ships nationwide. See our Shipping Policy for details.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website is owned by or licensed to Good Dog Roasters. You may not reproduce or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good Dog Roasters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
